Blue sky images like this make laugh. Does anyone realize that the park needs office, warehouse, parking and storage space in addition to utilities?
Sure, but none of the others parks have quite as big of a complex sitting right on the edge of the park. One of the benefits of a resort complex is you do have a larger property beyond the immediate park to place facilities. It is also possible to mix uses within a facility.

What I think the layout could be from looking at the model.

The camera icon being where I think the camera would have been if the interior concept art was a real photo.

If that is the angle, it seems like a lot of the doors (including the ones, Mike, Sully and Boo) are travelling on the coaster track.
