My wife had the idea and talked about it out loud while walking through MGM back in 2007. I demand compensation!!!

TWDC says nothing is sacred in WDW.If Muppets goes, I lose all hope that Carousel of Progress is safe.
Nothing is sacred and there is no respect for the dead. Jim Henson doesn't matter and Walt Disney only matters when they can try and use him for marketing or selling tacky tchotckhes.
Remember when Disney fired a crap-ton of workers during the pandemic? I wonder where they all went.Playing devil's advocate here...
Staffing has to be a pretty large reason here. The Orlando market is pretty much tight on available workers for theme parks. Now add in that a new theme park is opening next year.
I am fairly convinced that at the moment, only a very small group of people know the location, and typically, they are high ranking and those people don't talk. The site that shall not be named has released another video and has now quadrupled down on his claim that it’s Animation Courtyard.
EDIT: Yes, quadrupled.

He also said Mermaid is saying and some kind of transition will take place.
There are lower level people who have to know in order to do actual design work.I am fairly convinced that at the moment, only a very small group of people know the location, and typically, they are high ranking and those people don't talk.
Unless it has been done for both locations, at least to the point of being able to make a decision on its ultimate location, and before the full design is done. There are lower level people who have to know in order to do actual design work.

I would say you can sue, but if you have a D+ subscription.... well....My wife had the idea and talked about it out loud while walking through MGM back in 2007. I demand compensation!!!
I'd rather keep the River and Island than Muppets. But I also don't see a great reason why we should have to lose either to grow the parks. They can both stay and there's still plenty of space to expand.
I do wonder why they don't open the store. I have to imagine that would help sales of Muppets merchandise.
Probably not. The earliest permits that get filed (like those just filed for the Magic Kingdom) are for water management. Both sites are already rather built up so there should not be a need for changes to the park’s water management strategy.
I don't necessarily believe what he is saying but it's important to note because he has been right before.I am fairly convinced that at the moment, only a very small group of people know the location, and typically, they are high ranking and those people don't talk.
I can’t believe how out of hand this has gotten to the point where it’s a high conspiracy esque secret.I am fairly convinced that at the moment, only a very small group of people know the location, and typically, they are high ranking and those people don't talk.
I genuinely hope not as it would be irresponsible. Location is information you do need fairly early in design. It would mean one of two things: they approved and announced even earlier than they normally do in the process, or they spent money developing two different designs way beyond when they should have decided on a location. One of the biggest obstacles to cost and timelines is indecision and such scenarios would mean they’re indulging even more.Unless it has been done for both locations, at least to the point of being able to make a decision on its ultimate location, and before the full design is done.
That's just not right. Sometimes two options are equal and you need further design work to understand the differences.I genuinely hope not as it would be irresponsible. Which has always been the way it actually isI am fairly convinced that at the moment, only a very small group of people know the location, and typically, they are high ranking and those people don't talk.
…and then there’s the Orlandites…who fail to look outside their windows and notice they’re in Orlando and the Fortune 500 isn’t coming to claim themThere are lower level people who have to know in order to do actual design work.
How's AK attendance looking in the summer these days? Not pretty good...We don’t do the animal trails at AK often but I recall they’re mostly outdoors too.
