I would think if WDW does a remodel of the Mark VI trains it would be done via Bombardier (a mass transit company with lots of experience), the builders of the Mark VI trains.

As for colors, how about Monorail Royal, with a dark royal blue stripe? It's not purple, it's not the indigo/sky blue that Monorail Blue is...
(It could also be Monorail Navy, but that just sounds silly out-loud)
