Is anyone going to MNSSHP Sept 15th??? Please let us know how it was!!! I'm eager to hear trip reports and what characters were appearing. I'm looking forward to hearing about the parade since Capt Jack Sparrow is appearing in it.

I will be there on the 15th. I don't think I will be able to tell you about the parade (I am going to be working) but I can tell you about the characters, and maybe the fireworks.

That would be awesome. I was curious about what rare characters might be there this year. I heard Sora may be coming back this year. I heard some other rumors but I wasn't sure about them

So if you don't have a ticket for MNSSHP, can you still watch the parade???
Is that fair for those of us that coughed up $35 :lookaroun

:p

I'm kidding, but that's the way I bet a lot of people would feel. We have seasonal passes and it hurt to have to pay extra for these hard-ticket events  But oh well, I'm sure it'll be worth it :D

I was under the assumption that only guests who had purchased a MNSSHP ticket would be allowed back in the park once they scuttle everyone out.:animwink: So I assume that only guests who purchased a MNSSHP ticket would be able to see the parade.

Unlike the Christmas party, the Boo to You Parade and Hallo Wishes is only performed during the hard ticket events.

Some CM's (no, not buss drivers lol) have been saying they are retooling Hallo Wishes as well.... anyone else heard this? (I can't wait to see it again changed or not)

I'll be there on the 27th. Unfortunately thats one of the days they don't give AP discounts, so I had to cough up $92 for two tickets...

I'm not....that staying while not paying ranks up there with using resort mugs from previous trips and using the pool at a resort you are not staying at :lookaroun

If I see someone without a wristband, I will kindly notify a CM

Hi gang!

I will be there and i'm looking forward to it. This will also be my first time experiencing the MNSSHP. I don't quite know what to expect! Some of you may have seen the thread i started about the 15th...it's somewhere here..as i was asking a lot a questions about it.

Today i made the costume i will be wearing that night. Who else here is dressing up? I am hoping i won't be the only adult doing so since it is so early in the season for a Halloween Event. Ah well, if i am then so be it. I'll be the one wearing the home made Figment outfit...:)

This will be a blast, and i will certainly be more then happy to post a huge trip report after i return home next week. By then what i say may be "old news"....but if it's still fresh i'll post what i saw.

For everyone here going...have a FABULOUS time!!

See you "On Property"!

I'm dressing up too and going on Sept. 22nd. Making my own Ezra (hitch hiking ghost) costume tomorrow. It will be my first time as well.

I'll be there the same day :) If I find a 50s costume I was thinking of wearing, that's what I'll be dressed up as. Not too creative, but at least I'm making the effort to dress up :lookaroun

I don't think anyone was "biting your head off". I think people who did purchase a ticket for the party have the right to be uptight about those who choose to cheat and stick around for the party. Not to sound hateful, but if people want to see the parade and other festivities, they should have to pay like everyone else. I also think that it's pretty clear when they say they clear the park of guests who do not have a wristband, that means those who do not have a MNSSHP ticket/writsband can't participate in the activities, as in the parade, candy stations, etc. :) Also, I will be there on October 27th, I will be wearing Stitch ears as a costume of sorts, if they still have those to purchase when we go. I knew I should have bought a pair while we were there in May haha.
