I just have a problem with people complaining that there is nothing new being put into the parks but yet they get all excited when they put in another coaster with snow...that was my point.

This is just my opinon. There is NO need to get angry at me.

Thanks

The way I see it...Expedition: Everest is a story. The coaster is just the medium in which the story is told.

As for the AK skyline Kyle. What they have built now is visible from Africa, Asia, and almost all of Dinoland. From what I could guess, it's only half as high now as it will get when it is done. They were taking a risk calling it Everest (the tallest mountain in the world) and have it only be 200 feet high. But, It is Disney, and they can do just about anything. I believe, if it is pulled off right, it could look well over 400 feet high. They made the mountain very close to the footpath (and once the new village opens, you'll be able to get even closer) so it seems alot taller. When you are coming from Asia, and walking toward Everest, they have an area by the river (it's actually a shrine) and when you stand there when Everest is complete, you will be able to get an awesome view of the whole ride. The ONLY thing that could ruin the forced perspective is when the train goes up the lift hill, into the mountain, the height of the people could throw it off. But, if they decided to change the track by a few degrees, everything will look fine.

I obviously don't know what I'm doing :lookaroun  Let's just say I'm not the most computer savvy person out there and so basically I don't know how to view the simulation. I followed the instructions to get to the download page, clicked download and can't get anywhere from there. After clicking on the download button, my computer asks what I want to use to "open" it. Nothing I have on my computer seems to open it. Perhaps I need the simulator program on my computer to view it? Otherwise, I just get a message that my computer can't recognize that file. I don't know. Sorry to confuse you. :)

you have to download all three of those files on the download page. The .exe file is the program that runs the other two. If you click on it after downloading all three files, it will install and you can open the download file. From there, if you go into your program files in the c:/ drive and open the No Limits folder, you can add the everest track file to your "tracks" folder within the No Limits folder. That is as far as I have gotten.

OH my gosh people, Calm down!

Brother...go ride previews for TOT and all hell breaks loose.

FYI

You download the application (only one of them) for either PC or MAC. I'm sorry, but PC specific questions you'd have to talk to a pc guy...you have to save the file to your hard drive or desktop, I know that much, it doesn't matter if you want your browser to open it afterwards...save it too the desktop or harddrive location (remember where it is).

Once you have your one application downloaded, and you downloaded my mini file...you look for the folder 'tracks' in the application folder 'no limits'

What you have to do is (after you have put the EE file into your 'tracks' folder) restart the program. Then you have to select the file. Then once you select the file, then you can ride it.

Hope this helps, if not, pm me, I'll specifically deal with your questions. I think that's fair. Also AIM me if you need to.

Sorry. I just have a problem with using a lot as alot.

Ok, thanks for sharing your problems. It is greatly appreciated.

By the way, on Screamscape, many Everest pictures were posted. It seems they have an entire helix done now, and parts of steel for the waterfall were put in place. Im gonna see if I can get down there after school to get more pictures. I'm going to the parks after school, but I just haven't decided which ones. If I have enough to say, a new ISTCrew Original will be up tonight.
