My daughter was a preemie although not as early as yours. She just graduated with 2 MAsters degrees top in her class. We were told not to expect much from her as she was probably retarded. Don't think so.

Thats good to hear.. they tell you all these horrible things and then look what happens... Most of them say "they never"... instead of 'they probably'.. that is the problem..

Wish I could see your little ones Lisa, but you know as well as I do that MJ in school would be a disaster.....
Actually if she were here I don't think it would be a disaster. She would be in the room next to mine and the teacher is great and is a mother of an autistic son. She knows autism from both sides of the fence. I've known her for many years and her para I've known for several years and I trust them fully. Here it wouldn't be a disaster but there it probably would be.

Good night anyone who is here

Hi Guys. I'm not sure what is going on in a lot of these Chit Chat threads, but a lot of it is reading like kids fighting in the lunch room at elementary school. We've had to close a couple of threads that have spiralled out of control with fighting and name calling. There seems to be lots of "she said, he said", "he doesnt like her", "she's talking about him behind her back" etc.
'Tis a shame indeed. Thanks for for doing the baby sitting duties.

Can we try and act our ages, and behave like grown ups that I think most of us here are?

Many thanks.
Oops - kinda blew that with the fish slapping above ;)

No audience besides the other members and my biology teacher, the moderator.

I do not think I would be willing to do anything in front of people, yet...
I actually find it more difficult to do a show in front of a small audience that a large one.

Just popping in to say hi. I have been down in the dumps this week. Sisters they mean well but they sure know what buttons to push to hurt you. They don't realize how much Disney means to me.
Try being a male in a macho induced beer swilling sport fixated country and liking Disney

You may be right about that...but here...disaster for sure....

Can't wait till you are here to work on her curriculum and PECS books and stuff....
