Totally OT, but we got about 1/2 inch of snow last night, so my dog is in 7th heaven today. She's sooooo funny!
*cue the Twilight Zone music*THAT is weird and off topic. I am working on a job right now and the name of it is...... 7th Heaven!

actually yes.....
not me....(!) Lucky guess.
This is a guy's house. We typically don't get into residentual but this house is more like a museum. The HVAC quote alone was $1M!!!! Who spends $1M on the air conditioning for their house????

I have to go pick DS up from mid-terms. We didn't want him to drive in the snow today....
Hopefully, I'll be back in a while...

So this is sort of entertaining....they've been sending this bulletin out so people don't get alarmed:
Don't fear the explosions heard in Brooklyn
Will Smith with be shooting a scene for his new movie
By Ken Rosato![]()
(Brooklyn-WABC, January 23, 2007) - Police and military units will be around the Brooklyn bridge this afternoon, but we're telling you now it's nothing to be afraid of. A movie is being shot there, complete with a huge explosion.
Eyewitness News reporter Ken Rosato has more.
Thirty million dollars for two minutes, a hefty price for the big action scene of Will Smith's latest movie "I am Legend".
The scene will stage a mass evacuation of New York City using more than a thousand extras, a fleet of police and military vehicles.
Part of the motion picture is shot in and around the South Street area in Manhattan. Production crews have taken over the Cobble Stone Pathways.
They're hanging lights and setting up props. Some say they're excited about the movie shooting in their area.
Richard Sack: "I think movies are good for the economy in New York City."
Others say the inconvenience is inexcusable.
Resident: "None of us care about Will Smith nor do we want him in our neighborhood."
They've had to relocate their own cars on their residential streets to make way for production vehicles.
Across the river in Brooklyn, crews positioned lights all around the waterfront in Dumbo. The Brooklyn Bridge will be in part of the scene, as military helicopters, coast guard cutters and other watercraft hover in the east river.

Sounds like it's going to be quite the production w/ military planes & vehicles and a mass evacuation over the bridge. I can see where it could lead to panic if people didn't know.![]()
How is everyone on this fine day?
