The deed is done.
Darling Daughter #1 got engaged at midnight last night.
She didn't want to disturb her father and I last night so she called us first thing this morning with the news.
She did call her "little" sister last night and asked her to be her maid-of-honor.

That's wonderful! I know it's hard to see our kids grow up, but he sounds like a great match for her. Just think, now you'll have a son too (no need to adopt Connor!)

I'm so happy but still can't get used to the idea that she's actually old enough to be doing this. :lol:
But, she is 26.
Somehow, she grew up.

Early plans call for either late spring or early fall of next year.
I think I'll suggest the spring because of hurricane season in the fall.

This is so new for me.
It's exciting to think of planning a wedding.
But also a bit overwhelming.
Not to mention expensive.

ROFLMMEO!!! Diapering boys! I had a baby boy for 4 days before MJ (long story, I'll post a link here if anyone wants) and I got a sprinkle shower more than once from Cody and Jr (my godson)
