If it has, I haven't seen it. Very nice. Looks like they're going to let physics handle it all. I always figured they would have some sort of hydraulics or Pneumatics to maintain some sort of control over the sway, and to lock the at load/unload.

Though not specifically shown, there is something shown in other images in the patent (Fig 3) and in the description:

The control of the amount of roll permitted about the pivoting connection is configurable in a variety of ways. As described, limiting arrangement(s) 307 can provide an absolute maximum limit for the amount of roll permitted. Moreover, a damping arrangement 320 may be employed to reduce (passively) the amount of and/or nature of roll permitted. For example, resistance can be imparted by a damping arrangement 320 such that the roll is slowed and/or reduced. Examples of suitable damping arrangements 320 are know to include but are not necessarily limited to rotation dampers such as hydraulic cylinder(s) or eddy current assemblies. The dampening arrangements 320 can be positioned in a variety of ways and/or integrated with other elements, so long as the function of removing energy from the pivoting connection is achieved.

The Epcot Manifesto
My folks are at the MK today and just sent me this picture (click to expand).

1) It shows what @djkidkaz indicates, that it seems rockwork is starting to wrap around the front
2) I think I need to tell them that I can only handle so many teasing photos of them in WDW eating pork shanks and things like that before I am overcome with a jealous rage...

It was meant to be a family coaster, being that the whole family could enjoy it, I really don't know what it has gotten the branding of lame and everyone on here started to rag on it and compare it to the 2.5 second ride barnstormer. Based off of this video the drops and turns look much steeper than I would have imagined and I really think this ride is going to be great when it opens but to call it a kiddie ride well, based off of that drop I know that as a child I would have never got on.

Here is a pic of my kids. They were 6 and 10 when it was taken. It is from Millennium Force (310', 96 mph) at Cedar Point. Oddly enough, even at 6, my girls found Princess M&Gs less than exciting. (I'm the guy without the glasses.)

The kiddie coaster label is just something that people like to throw around to get a rise out of pixie dusting fanbois. No sane person really thinks it will be a kiddie coaster on par with Barnstormer.

And I don't think anyone really thinks it will be a family coaster on the scale of Big Thunder Mountain Railroad. So you can either call it a kinda lame family coaster or a really great kiddie coaster. But my biggest question is what happens to the free swinging cars when these 2 get on it?

i really can't wait to see this completed.

Am I the only one who thinks this could almost be on RSR level in terms of the backdrop?

Also, are we positive that it's a D-Ticket? Cause construction to me looks like it's bigger than that.

i guess some giant was able to look over the wall for this video. This video makes me think that this almost could be an e ticket.

There are peek-holes in a few places in the construction walls giving strategic views into the construction site. Presumably this is one of them.

From this video it really looks like it will turn out to be a great attraction with awesome theming, moderate thrills, and overall a great addition to the Magic Kingdom. As far as a kiddie coaster, from the look of the drops and twists and turns, I estimate thrill level will be somewhere close to Big Thunder but DEFINITELY much better than Barnstormer. I can't wait to see the finished product!
