This is seriously incorrect.
In what way? I'm not saying people no longer like it. I'm saying its nothing anyone cares enough to keep alive via a theme park.
I do like it.
Cool!

Freaky formatting.
Tower of Terror's closure had as much to do with a lack of public interest as The Great Movie Ride's closure did. Just Disney trying to remove nonDisney properties from Disney parks and replace them with the latest Disney thing.
Yeah and Tower of Terror was good. Better than GOTG. GOTG's trash and nothing's going to change my mind on that. It's stupid screens, mindless scenes, unfunny jokes, and ugly.LOL I fixed it. I missed a slash somewhere.
No I'm not suggesting that. I don't think it had to do with the popularity of the property. I'm only saying they knew once it was gone people would move on and yeah, they did. GOTG is just cooler. Not necessarily better but people can relate to it.
And isn't that what people want??? To get rid of all the third party stuff for Disney stuff? All I hear is how its blasphemous to put in stuff Disney doesn't own in these parks. Then they finally do it and everyone is angry and sad. Not from me, I don't care either way. I like third party stuff as long as its good.

You make it sound like Disney is interested in synergy with a competitive production studio. Since when? Disney is usually neutral with licensed IP. They absolutely don’t react to new sequels. Besides, TZ TOT is a completely original story based on the old black and white television series. The new movie is not what Disney is interested in even if they wanted to exploit the association. Rod Serling is not in it either.Bad timing on disney's part, or maybe really good timing, because they're remaking it. I say bad timing because it's being done by the guy who made the movie get out, but it could be good timing because since it's not an IP they don't own, NBC can raise the price by a ton due to such big name talent working on it.
Um, since Harry Potter World was invented. You make it sound like Disney is interested in synergy with a competitive production studio. Since when? Disney is usually neutral with licensed IP. .
Oh I think they would if it would really effect them. They absolutely don’t react to new sequels.
1. not a movie, a tv showThe new movie is not what Disney is interested in even if they wanted to exploit the association. Rod Serling is not in it either.
You're forgetting at one point, not disney was the norm, while it may not be quite the case now, saying tot is not disney is the same as saying astro blasters, star tours, pandora(for a more modern example), and muppetvision are not disney. As a theme park attraction, it’s Not Disney.
I'm not suggesting it, but it seems like this might be the direction it will take. It's as possible as it keeping it the same as it always has been. Also you must not be familiar with twilight zone because it has always had horror elements, and seeing how get out is a big long twilight zone episode, I have hopes he will write it well. Plus you never know, classic twilight zone has had it's happy endings too. Plus that is not his only reputation, he was a comedian first, horror writer later.Anyways, the contradiction is glaring. Are you suggesting TZ as period piece should be updated to modern storytelling using IP? It throws out everything we already assume is typically TZ. Plus, the guy making the TZ reboot will have to insert horror elements as that’s his reputation.
You're gonna haaaaaaaate Ralph Breaks the Internet...Guardians of the Galaxy is a meme movie.
I think everyone is lol. You're gonna haaaaaaaate Ralph Breaks the Internet...
I already hate it. The trailer was serious garbage. Didn't like the first one and this one looks a thousand times worse. You're gonna haaaaaaaate Ralph Breaks the Internet...
As a fan of WIR, I can tell you straight up that it looks more disappointing than pixar pier.I already hate it. The trailer was serious garbage. Didn't like the first one and this one looks a thousand times worse.
The presentation at D23 for WIR:BTI was basically Disney showing that they are gonna make a movie that shows off all the money and companies they own. For example they showed all Tsum Tsum plush pit, kids screaming everywhere, and a bunch of cameos of characters from other movies. As a fan of WIR, I can tell you straight up that it looks more disappointing than pixar pier.
The ultimate crossover disney movie has been in the works for a long time now, so I'm glad it's happening, but there's a lot more problems with WIR 2 than just disney shill. There's also other company shill as well, making it a new emoji movie (scenes just to advertise a product, yours or someone else's).The presentation at D23 for WIR:BTI was basically Disney showing that they are gonna make a movie that shows off all the money and companies they own. Crossover events should never be anything more than a TV show episode. Having WIR2 be part of the Disney canon is ridiculous. It's unfit. The ultimate crossover disney movie has been in the works for a long time now, so I'm glad it's happening, but there's a lot more problems with WIR 2 than just disney shill. I was gonna add that ending sentence, but I'm glad you brought it up. I feel like they are going to make the reanimated princesses into toys so they can get more money. They are gonna sell so many things for that movie that people aren't really interested in.The ultimate crossover disney movie has been in the works for a long time now, so I'm glad it's happening, but there's a lot more problems with WIR 2 than just disney shill. Nah. I’m calling garbage until we see it in action. It could be projections on cardboard cut outs for all we know. Disney has to deliver on this one. No excuses.
