Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway - Disneyland

Entire movie felt like a bad Dreamsworks cartoon. Like Over the Hedge or something. The modern day setting is also something that really bothers me in Disney animated movies. The fact Wreck It Ralph wasn't just a 1980's set movie is so weird. Yeah, I know, the age of the game or whatever plays a part in the movie but I don't care. Also hate the candy land nonsense and the stupid humor throughout. There's nothing about that movie I remember enjoying.
Yay reasonings! Yeah, now I think about it, WIR not being set in the 80s or 90s is kinda weird, but I guess it makes sense for marketing purposes only.

Of all the Disney films this decade, WIR is probably the one I’ve liked most. Doesn’t amount to much though, as despite all the talk about the “second Disney renaissance” (judging by box office numbers they’re right, don’t get me wrong) I’ve found every recent Disney movie to be pretty mediocre.

Princess and the Frog, Tangled, and Winnie the Pooh were all great returns to form and were very promising. Frozen and Moana are both good but neither capture the Disney magic, if you will, of those first three.

I'm really excited for the planned dragon movie, that's about it. I haven't been excited by many disney animated movies really. I do really like zootopia and WIR though.

The ultimate crossover disney movie has been in the works for a long time now, so I'm glad it's happening, but there's a lot more problems with WIR 2 than just disney shill. There's also other company shill as well, making it a new emoji movie (scenes just to advertise a product, yours or someone else's).
Seeing Mario hopefully making a cameo might be worth it.

I'm sorry, I tried to let this go @BrianLo , but it's not happening.

You can't simply like my comment and pretend this never happened.

I'm going to need some explanation.

What's there to explain?

42 minutes of princess on princess, its got all the makings of a stellar hour long drama.

Really? That would be awesome but I would be more surprised if they do announce anything. The Mickey ride rumor mill for DLR has been very quiet. If an announcement was imminent I think we would have been hearing something from our insiders.
Maybe they are waiting till the WDW opens to see the reactions. If it does well then it will probably be announced at D23 2019
