I Disney/Marvel can get the rights back from Sony, a huge park/film tie in would be great for a reboot!

Too late. Sony is planning a reboot of the franchise slated for release in theaters in 2012. Spiderman is going back to High School.

I'm not at all sure there will be another. See, it's the ultimate Catch 22 for Sony and Comcast going forward it appears to me. It sure will be fun to see the next step.
