Interesting to see the split in this poll.

My 2 cents, it will be absolutely miserable to wear a mask 10 hours a day, just based on the heat factor alone. I want to go back to the parks too but I want to experience the parks as I have in the past, which will take time. At the rate it costs per day, I just don't see how it could be worth it to anyone.

I would. I have been wearing one this long and there have been some days here at home where the temps were pretty warm so I'd deal. Maybe I'd take a few more rest stops then usual, but I'd be up for it.

. If Disney requires masks everywhere, I will just cancel my trip (and I am a huge Disney fan- been going multiple times a year for over a decade- but masks just panic me) I will look to Universal. If they require masks everywhere, I will try SeaWorld. If they require masks everywhere, I will try Dollywood. If they require masks everywhere, I will just go to the beach and visit local places that don't require them.

I am going to give posters here the same directive I gave in the other "Would you go to WDW if you had to wear a mask." Please, just answer the question - would you go. Not, should others go, not should anyone wear a mask, not arguments about Covid, or whether or not masks would hurt more than help - or vice versa.

Just, would you go? You can answer and explain your answer, but please don't answer for other people, and accept that others may have a different POV about wearing a mask in WDW.

There is a coronavirus thread to discuss all of the other stuff - as long as you keep politics out of it, and don't continue the "this isn't any worse than the flu/no it's the worst thing that ever happened" etc arguments.

I'm sad that Dollywood was so far down on your list. :(

😄 I love it so much, but I grew up close to there and we have had season passes for many, many years (even when it was Silver Dollar City), so it is more like going home and less like going on a vacation. But we still go regularly. It is just usually in addition to our Orlando trips.

It may actually be our best bet, though, with all of the reports I've read about the Orlando parks wanting to require masks. It will be interesting to see if they all go the way of the mask or if they decide to go their own ways on that issue. I wonder if those in charge are thinking that they could beat their competition this summer if one of them doesn't require masks and the others do. Seems like it could be a good business decision to draw those who say they won't go if masks are required.

They probably will all require masks. There is a reason SeaWorld was testing Mako with employees wearing a mask.

We will. We have two trips planned for later this year. We don't like wearing the mask but we will absolutely abide by the rules if it means I can get back to WDW!

We have decided to schedule a few more TS meals and afternoon breaks so we can enjoy time outside of the mask when possible and when its safe for us to do so. Depending on the park hours, we will spend more time at the parks after sunset when its cooler.

They need, in my opinion, to do something for kids, and not just kids with needs. Making kids wear masks is ridiculous. Adults I get but kids?! Do/will they wear them for school? No is the answer.
Blog Mickey just posted an article saying that there will be no exemptions from masks for any reason. We had already decided we were not going if masks were required but this has removed any sliver of doubt.
