PrincessFairest, I'm STILL not convinced that you are not a troll; however, in the event that you are really a mother who visited Disney World with your family, I have a couple of comments to make.

You know that magic band you wear while you are in the World? Well, not only can Disney track your location at all times, they can track the attraction you are in/on and the exact seat in which you are sitting. They also can track little Princess Faire. This gives me great comfort, because I would bet that somewhere in your 'My Disney Experience' info that Disney also tracks, they have probably made this notation: "this one bears watching---possible liability issues may arise from poor decisions on part of guest".

Someone send an email/complaint requesting the lights be turned on in Space Mountain as everyone who likes coasters likes them in the light, but not everyone likes them in the dark, and this darkness, evil, evil, darkness may strike terror in the hearts of family members. TERROR! That is not the Disney way, right? EVERYONE must be comfortable. Petition for SM-The Light Version.

Yep, you'll get the same email to this equally ludicrous request and SM will remain unchanged.

The world is not "One Size Fits All".

Parents should not need to adjust when visitng a place called Walt Disney World aka a place design for family and children. It is the people who always have to have thrill or scary attractions in order to have fun who need to visit six flags, Universal or busch Garden where those requests can be met. If I take my daughter to those places and she is scared it is not right for me to complain there, as those parks are designed to be age specific and have rides or shows that cater to audience which can handle scares. But disney is not those kind of parks and which is why we love it there. Oh and Disney agrees with me! Have gotten back a email response from last week and they agree and said will continue to provide and improve ride and attractions to accomodate all its guests. Do not believe me? I can foward you the email. and this is the type of service and understanding we have come to expect from Disney which is why we will return for years to come. It is what disney does that no other theme park or company can match. Sorry you do not feel the same way but it is good to know the company itself does not see me as a bad parent for wanting my child to enjoy all ride and attraction the park has to offer.
I suppose if anyone would believe that email, it WOULD be the one that couldnt figure out the Haunted Mansion would include haunting imagery :hilarious::hilarious::hilarious:

IF you think what you received was anything but a form letter and Disney is agreeing with you that people need to go other places rather than their Parks for varied experiences you are more off your rocker than I originally thought.

Calling all tech savvy posters. Can someone start a poll of KatieBug vs PrincessFairest for most over-the-top reads? I would, but I don't know how to do that.

In her last post, she said she was going to go back to WDW. I know we are all looking forward to that trip report , especially when she goes back to HM and sees that nothing was changed, despite her letter on behalf of children and families everywhere. Maybe the next trip can be to Halloween Party, and the family could get their picture taken with the hitchhiking ghosts. That's a pic that is sure to freak the entire family out!

OP has mentioned in a couple of posts that Uni, among other places isn't geared towards young children. Has she been to Seussland? It is quite kid friendly, along with many other parts.

Are you aware that you probably have emails stating that you've won an International Lottery in Zimbabwe and they're contacting you so that you can send them your bank account information so that the lottery winnings can be deposited?

I say that because, ooooooooo you got a form letter. Not a single thing will change, as everyone else has said. For something to change, they have to do massive studies and research. History is behind the mansion on this one. Those scenes have been around for DECADES and they're not going away anytime soon.

Be right back, I have to go take this generic car key I got in the mail that says I'm a Winner to the dealership and get my brand new 2017 Chevrolet car....

Seussland, Legoland, Dutch Wonderland, Knoebels, etc... Her and her mini special snowflake should try those places.

Also, LOL HM at MNSSHP trip report from her would be a grand eyeroller because gosh forbid her kid was scared because it's supposed to be a NOT SO SCARY halloween party and many of the CMs were dressed up in full makeup etc; including the scary HM butlers and maids and the Cadaver Dans. :hilarious:

"Attention MNSSHP party goers, there will be no headless horseman this year because PrincessFairest is back. Dark rides will also have the lights on. It's just better that way for all the children." :hilarious::hilarious::hilarious:
