Yay! Look at you! Upscale Jess!
Will you still talk to us? :lookaroun
Maybe me. . .I live in a gated community. :D

LOL you're so funny... to be quite honest.. the only reason any of those properties are considered premier is b/c of the views... LOL so... once you get inside the doors, it's just like any other nice apartment. LOL nothing special about it...

Jess..Having worked in daycare forever..it is a good thing..
She will be able to interact with kids her own age and if they dioo educational stuff she will learn so much.

There are the downsides as I told you already..The being sick often..Be preared for that especially the first few weeks.

Also..call and check on her as much as possible and if you can drop in do that.
She will love it after a while and not ebven want to leave sometimes.
That happened with a lot of my kids...They did have ME as a teacher though and I am kinda awesome and fun..;)

She will be fine..:)

thanks girly... did any of y'all ever put your kids in daycare? I'm just having the hardest time with this right now... I know it's the right thing to do... and I was listening to Dr. Dobson on the radio this morning and he mentioned that putting kids in daycare at a young age is far better than being away from them as teenagers when they're decisions need to be more parent guarded. So... I hope that in the next few years I can get a Masters of Training Certificate in Piano and can start working for myself so i can get her out of daycare... but... for now... *ugh*

I was lucky that I never had to do it, Jess. I can only imagine how very hard it must be. But *crossing all the crossables once again* it sounds like Lizzy did pretty well for her first day. (Maybe even better than Mom did. ;) ) Maybe she'll be really happy there. That will certainly be half the battle won, if that's the case! Meanwhile, you're doing what you have to do, Jess! And doing it all so amazingly well! We are all so proud of you!

I did daycare in my home so I wouldn't have to put mine in daycare - it actually worked out well for us, and DD and DS always had playmates. I don't think I could have handled it any other way...

LOL i know she'll love it when she get's used to it... It's just hard to go through that process.. her girls were so sweet with her, and she was havin a good ol' time with some grahm crackers when i got there... so i know she'll be ok eventually... it'll just be a rough couple of weeks getting into that pattern.

Hi Bunny!
No news of any kind from me! :D
Although, for some unexplicable reason, I started smelling really good about mid-morning. . . :lookaroun

You had good-ish news over the weekend, with the raise and all!

Glad to hear it, Dana.

Bunny! The muffins came out alright. LOL
We're making peanut butter ones tomorrow.

Muffins! yay! Glad they turned out. Did you ever make the ice cream??
