Surely I can't be the only one who noticed the logos are different in these two photos?
No, Fujifilm sponsors a few attractions in Tokyo Disneyland and I believe they have since it opened
Yeah, they wanted to rip it apart and put in a rollercoaster. Even with the mediocrity of the Institute based Dark Rides, it's for the best they didn't go with Fuji.Besides, didn't they approach Disney with the proposal to sponsor the Pavillion when the Kodak contract was ending back in the 90s?!
As of last night I am able to confirm that Kodak will be leaving Imagination. Plans are already being made for changes to the post show for now. No word on any redo of the actual ride just yet.
Thanks for the info as usual, Raven.
Will they leave park maps too?
Not to mention they stopped selling actual film about 4 years ago! lol
What is the current pre-show for Captain EO? (I apologize if this was mentioned, but there are too many pages to read through in this thread). Is it still the scenes of everyday families capturing moments by Kodak?
The gutting was the easy part. If anything Motion was almost built to be removed.
The hard part was getting the new ride system software working.
