lets just speculate here... 105 days... first two would be drain the flume days... and then the last 5 or so for refill, boat loading, defoaming and de-focculant, chemically treating and PH correction... so 97 days of work... concrete work(if any) takes 25+ days to cure... so any flume leaks would have to be tackled FIRST, demo of concrete creating a goshdamn mess of dust and crap in the air, so likely no other work inside to be done while demo is on (they would have to be removing textiles from the ride while it is draining, and any AA's that need extensive work in shop. exterior would be pump PM/replace, valve repair/replace, boat modification(say fill any bilge with minimal expansion foam for buoyancy, mod the undersides<keel reduction to minimize bottom-outs>) pressure wash the boats and install drain check valves(to rid boats of standing water). the interior space would have to be cleaned to spotless(no crap in flume for the water to stir up), which means pressure wash flume area, and probably leaf blowers to remove construction dust.
::::EDIT:::: these would be what i would look for, if say i was in charge of the refurb, and had minimum time to return the ride to basic functionality, where all the set dressings could be worked on/ swapped overnights after the ride opened again later.
