yes. They have concrete bases.

If you call and ask about refurbs for a specific attraction then yes they will tell you. DRC cast members will most likely never proactively inform you of certain attractions that are down during your stay. If you ask the information is easily accessible to them and they will tell you. Now for things like the Hub construction, castle with the crane, Poly construction it's generally not as easily accessible to the cast member and they rely on their recent experience at the parks and if they haven't been for awhile it becomes even more difficult to say for sure whether or not the crane is up during your stay or not. Hope this helps.

Thank you for your statement. I made lot's of mistakes when I first arrived, and thankfully most everyone forgave me. Heck, I barely knew how to use the internet, and make lots of mistakes. Thanks to all for letting me have another chance, at this web sight thingy (is that the right term?) I doubt it ....so goes with old dogs who have a really, really, hard time learning new tricks. AMAZING!!! This really looks incredible.
I was not expecting this to look this nice when it was first announced. Nor did I expect the fountain or the mini statues. The statues add so much life to that area. Really comes alive. And fountains.....I have a fixation to water features so I could not be happier. I will be spending some down time in the area for sure come April

Positioned in the planters surrounding the Partners statue in the center of the hub.

^^ That, and they were on awkward little plinths and they had no sense of scale. The new placement really fixes that.

It's coming together. Looking at the other pics on Twitter, there are still quite a few railings that need installing. Wouldn't be surprised if only the viewing area opened for FP+ reservations for a few days before the walkways open to guests.
