Thank you. I'm actually there were five nights at Sequoia Lodge. Tues, thurs and Fri in the parks. Wed just going to Paris. Book the tourist things, The Eiffel Tower and a River Cruise.3 days minimum then

Replying to myself.....
I would not be opposed to a mini Meetup at maybe the Sequoia Lodge bar on Monday night or Wednesday night.
So it turns out the saving wasn't as much as I originally worked out
(As it included our 400 Euro worth of Buffet at the Royal Banquet )But as it worked out the same price, we have changed to a garden terrace room at HNY!!!! So that will be the first time I've stayed there since the Marvel refurb so I'm suddenly very excited! (I've been in the lobby and bars!)

Here's the 2024 edition of the Bastille Day Fireworks. Same as last year's, but a new "Sleeping Beauty" sequence has been added after "Ratatouille." DLP is just showing off their drone muscles at this point.
Also, is this the first time the Mickey-shaped pyro appears behind the castle? The lead-up to the finale sequence (11:05) has some drones (?) in the Mickey head formation shooting off pyro.

If you could show this video to anyone 15 years ago and say “this is the future Disneyland Paris” they wouldn’t believe you.Man if they was allowed to do that Display every night, they would pack out the park

Something about the brightness of those lights seems off to me, they strike my eye as too bright in most shades. Maybe it's just the camera(s) picking up extra light? If the brightness was turned down just a bit, perhaps?It’s also great to see the new on-castle lighting system being used. And it’s permanent this time! Once Space Mountains lighting has been replaced I’ll be as giddy as a very giddy thing come nightfall

Until the day it is scrapped I believe somewhere there is a plan. There are so many other refurbs we are 'aware' of that haven't happened yet [galleon, Space, Sequoia etc] I am sure it is sat on a list a to do list. The storybook canal boat ride refurb was planned pre-COVID so just look how long projects take to find the right time to fit the schedule and have funding.
Internally I am sure some money gets shuffled around, for example the 'weather proofing' project seemed to take everyone by surprise and could easily be seen as a greater priority than refurbing the rotting boat.
