might be a late night... we got auditors coming next week so i might be hanging around until like 6 or so so that later in the week i don't have to be staying late to catch up...

I think its just extremely funny like... how you see yourself mature and evolve sometimes...
with my internships while I was in college I literally showed up no earlier than right on time and if my day ended at 5:00; at 4:55 I would just literally sit there watching the second hand until exactly 5:00 to bounce... (plus if i ever stayed late i would have gotten overtime pay...)
now; I'm on salary so no overtime pay... but I have responsibilities; my own responsibilities... things for me that no one is going to baby sit me for... so, everyday i show up half hour early... and days like today, i have not even the slightest concern of staying an hour late so that I get stuff done...
it's just weird... one year ago I woulda said your crazy if i'd told you i would openly choose to stay late at work with no remorse and without care for watching the clock (especially since i think I might be the only one in the building; it's extremely creepy how quiet it is right now...)
except because its gonna snow soon, if not already... i should probably bounce...

Attempting to sit down for a few minutes.
Came home early today, yuck weather. I don't like to take any chances.
Have a pot of meatballs (PROPER meatballs) on the stove. Grant is out at a meeting and Em is about to get an early bath.

The animals keep begging to go out, then they want back in two minutes later, which means I have to wipe them down every time they come in. I finally told them enough for the night. Now they are in the corner plotting against me.
