Thanks Kristin. Welcome back!
Missed you sweetie! Did you have a good Christmas?
Ours was good - very quiet, but good. The kids bought us a new computer, which DS set up for me today. The monitor is huge - it still startles me!Thanks.
Yes, we did! It was great. Christmas Eve we usually go to MK, but early EMH was there that day and we knew we wouldn't be up to be there before 8. So we went to Epcot, and rode Soarin', Test Track, Mission Space, SSE, and Maelstrom before lunch. We then went to MK to catch the 3 pm Christmas parade (we had already seen it once), and encountered absolute gridlock. :brick: So we gave the kids the option of waiting 1.5 hours for the parade or going back to the Poly to swim. They chose swimming. So they swam while Lou and I sat poolside, then we had dinner at 'Ohana. Actually before dinner the kids met Santa in the Poly lobby. That was very cool. After dinner we strolled to the GF to hang out there (love their decorations!) and... Mickey and Minnie were in the lobby! So we got a pic, hung out there for a bit, then went back to watch Wishes from the Poly. Christmas Day we had breakfast at 'Ohana, then went to Epcot. Since we had done the attractions already, we decided to catch as many storytellers as possible. I think we saw 5. We had an early dinner at Le Cellier, then left to tour the Epcot resorts and the BW. Then we went on an Illuminations cruise to end the night. It was really great. How was your Christmas?
Hey Kristin, if you want to see any of the other Storyteller videos, I can post them (I taped all 12).

How did you like the Illuminations cruise?
You did? Awesome! Our favorites were Germany and China. We also saw Mexico, Norway, and UK. In previous visits we've also seen France, Italy, and Canada. 8 down, 4 to go!
hello all... hanging out in the basement because I don't want to go upstairs and disturb the sickies.
You finallyg et everyone to stop yelling and screaming? :lol:hello all... hanging out in the basement because I don't want to go upstairs and disturb the sickies.
I have to drive him back tomorrow. He starts training for his second job this week. He'll still be doing computer consulting or whatever the heck he does with the help desk at school, but now he's also going to be the videographer for the Lacross team. he's pretty psyched for that. The cruise was great. It was a nice break to not have to fight the crowds and stake out a spot to see Illuminations.
Yay for a new computer! Big monitors do take some getting used to. How long is DS home?
Hey Bunny!
