Howdy!

So, my heater went out again last night. :brick:

Had WHF look at it, but the pilot light was still on and all the troubleshooting stuff didn't work. Called his brother to see if he could come over...he could...

He doesn't know a lot about furnaces, but he thinks he figured out the problem and he temporarily fixed it so we'd have heat...

What makes me mad is this piece he fixed up was corroded and he noticed it...and he's not a heater expert...Why on EARTH did the guy for the company I had called out not notice this and think it could be the possible problem?! Why did I spend $700+ to fix my heater when the part will cost $7.00 and will (potentially) fix my problem? Obviously this was part of the problem, otherwise I wouldn't have heat today...so why does THE EXPERT NOT NOTICE!!!! :mad: :brick:
