Lost Season 4 -- Oceanic 6 -- or was that 7?

There are 2 seasons left.

While the next two will have 17 instead of 16 episodes, we aren't getting extra episodes it is to make up for the 2 episodes we didn't get this season because of the strike.
Personally I'd be happy with fewer episodes. The show just seems to get more and more complicated and confusing the longer it goes on and as time travel starts to play a larger role in the story my interest goes down.

I hope the time travel doesn't have much more to do with the show but changes leaving and coming to the island. But I fear that "moving the island" will involve more time changes as well.

3 more episodes in 2 more weeks...

it's a 3 part finale with part 1 being Thursday and parts 2 and 3 being two weeks later... how uncool is that!!!
It's not really an issue of cool/uncool. The Strike put things in a very weird place. ABC has NO LOVE for the idea of pushing this back another week, there just isn't room. They wouldn't want the sinking ratings dipped further by missing out on the Finale at the end of sweeps. But that's what they can do. The other options were not showing the 2 episodes and cutting them down our out, or killing 2 hours of other shows, which they couldn't do either. Yea, it's a bummer, but nothing worse than that.

BEWARE -- LostFan108 is back!!!!

So, if you know what this means -- WATCH OUT!!!

If not -- LostFan108 put out the "flashforward" spoilers about a month before the finale aired last year and caused ABC to not only mess their pants, but almost force most lost websites on the internet to eat their messy undies.

Update: 01:30 GMT I know that everyone is wanting to know stuff but please DO NOT email me asking me for snippets before we post on the site. For the sake of my inbox :) (I've already had over 50+ emails asking me). Please be patient. Thanks for your understanding. And the reason I'm not posting part 1 tonight is that it's 1:30am here and I need to type it up in a format that cannot be easily copied by trolls.

Note: You will still be able to visit the spoiler section for trailers etc as all the comments will be restricted to the Major Spoiler thread.

All

Just to let you know that I've just been contacted by LostFan108 again and he has provided me with the main synopsis points for Episode 4.12 Parts 1, 2 and 3.

Tomorrow we will be posting a high level synopsis for 4.12 Part 1 and then sometime before 19th May we will post the key highlights from Parts 2 and 3. This will include all the main cliffhangers and talking points, including who the kiss is between, who is in the coffin (It shocked me) and what the Frozen Donkey Wheel is, along with any deaths.

I'm making this post to warn as many of you who don't like the big spoilers to stay clear of this section of the site as well as any other unmoderated message boards as there will certainly be idiots who will post it wildly around the net.

The posts will be done in such a way as to make it difficult for people to copy and paste the text and we will have lots of "Are you Sure" messages.

If you can pass this onto other web sites and message board owners warning them to watch out for potential trolls spreading the spoilers.

You know... I don't want to find our some crazy twist just by reading something on my computer screen. I'd rather wait and see it played out and be on the edge of my seat....

Last year I read the spoilers on DarkUFOs site and the finale plus the episode where Charlie died were completely ruined. The flash forward...everything. I honestly didn't think it was going to be true, I just thought it would be good reading.

I much prefer the tidbits Ausiello at TV Guide or Kristin at E! give....just enough to get you thinking without giving anything away.

Those are exactly the kinds of spoilers I enjoy as well!
Can't wait for tonight! :sohappy:

My problem is I have no willpower. If I see a spoiler thread, I have to open it!! And you're right, it's much better to watch it and be clueless!!

Tonights episode played out like a big preview. Lots of heart and groundwork established. Finally put some pieces together directly instead of inference. Wasn't a knock your socks off episode but a solid outing for sure.

Well, at least a few things were answered last night:
Does Jack know he's Aaron's uncle?
Who do people think Aaron's mother is?
Who are the two other people that survived the crash (well, at least we know some people it's not)

I wonder who's kicking the bucket? PLEASE DO NOT POST WHO, but you can post that you know.

There is also rumors that that person may be much less dead than Charlie was.

It's getting so thick on so many levels.

I'm really disinterested in the love triangle/rectangle or whatever it is.

Hurly seems to be turning into an intersting cog in the machine.
Him, Ben and Locke seem to be the 3 branches key to what's going on. I really like this idea. And where does Richard fit into things.

I read this week that the upcoming season will contain much more teleportation and time travel. We may just be starting to see how it fits into the whole story.

Must get the Oceanic computer bag next trip to the Hollywood Studios.

SPOILER in interview with Yunjin Kim:

What do you find the most challenging aspect of performing the flash-forward scenes?
The most challenging aspect is not knowing the whole storyline. I'm left to fill in a lot of blanks. For example, what happened to Sun when she finally returned to Korea? We know she delivered her baby, Ji Yeon, but how did she find out her father, Mr. Paik, is seemingly connected to the Hanso Foundation?

And there so many more ... I'm left guessing a lot of these things on my own and hope for the best.
