We'll be thinking of the members who are in the UK. This is another horrible event that once again has no meaning. I hope they catch the idiots that attacked London. They have spread enough of their hatred and radicalism in the world and it's time to make them pay dearly.

I know that these idiots feel justified in doing this stuff, but it just amazes me that they dont understand that all they are actually doing is antagonising and making their targets stronger and more united.

Common geographical error that I've heard from many of my American friends. FYI: The United Kingdom / Great Britain is composed of England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

Yeah, I know. It's wierd I am just sat here in work, and only about 250 or so miles from London but me and all my colleagues feel really helpless, y'know, wanting to do something and not just read or hear about it.

It's happened before and will happen again, unfortunately. The human being is his own worst enemy. Spielberg just put a good example of that on the big screen, and there's that classic episode of The Twilight Zone, "The Monsters Are Due on Maple Street". It should tell us something when a 50 year old story still rings so true today. And people say we've evolved...

Yeah I know. One of my best friends is a Muslim and I just spoke to him before. He is pretty worried, not for himself, but he has quite old parents and a young son.

Lets just hope we can prove to these fools that this is how a civilised society works, without seeking retribution on someone random just because they are the same race, colour or religion.

No Muslim I know would ever think of doing such a terrible thing. It's unfortunate that, as Joe said above, some people will not recognize the difference between the normal people and the fanatics. When we were attacked here there were a lot of innocent people who ended up being secondary victims. Hopefully folks over there are a bit smarter.

And in response to suggesting the premature end to the G8, I don't think that should happen. That would be what the terrorists want, and would send out the wrong signals to the world.
