The optimistic side of me actually thinks the pressure might go the opposite way. There is little point in Everest, Space, Rat or MMRR remaining in the pool. Obviously SDD, Tron and Guardians are likely going to be swapped.
BUT I actually think there exists a tiny world where this system causes them to approve an expensive ride for AK. Strictly because there is financial incentive to get attractions that will sell consistently on ILL. Everest isn't going to sell. Kilimanjaro isn't going to sell. NRJ is a C-ticket.
I don't necessarily disagree, but I think in general people are looking at this the wrong way still. You're buying the option of skipping the wait, not really buying the attraction experience itself. I know it seems hard to split the two, but there is a fundamental difference there.
Pragmatically, it makes sense to have ILL available for as many attractions as possible, because it offers another option, and everyone's circumstances may be different. It doesn't make sense to pay money to skip a 10 minute line for $7 today, but on other days, if Everest gets back up to 45 minutes, and someone has a lunch reservation or a flight to catch or what have you, for that person in that moment, it may absolutely make sense to spend the money. So it's in Disney's interest to offer the service there (of course assuming that the cost to operate any lightning lane is relatively minimal).
Attraction spending though is still being justified thru park admissions, and not the incremental revenue coming in from ILL. So I don't think they would build a ride thinking that they need to generate more ILL revenue, since that could come at the expense of actual park-admission revenue. You still build the big E-Tickets for everyone, and just find ways to manage crowds and balance the group that wants to pay nothing more to ride, versus the groups that don't mind paying money to skip the wait.
What does make sense, in a weird devilish sort of way, is maybe developing a "special" experience for people paying for Lightning Lane. Maybe, since they don't get the benefit of a full interactive queue, you give them a special pre-show experience that can only be seen if you pay the money to skip the main wait. Make that experience exciting enough, and people will pay just for the pre-show.
