Cookies...that could do it...

oh...he knows exactly why I want it. He knows all about you guys. :D
And it will now be useful to him...he might actually get on the internet.

And...truthfully, it will help him. He's been going over his minutes of his cell phone recently. So having a home phone line should help curb that. (And his bill this month was twice what it should be!) I'm hoping he'll see it that way too.
Yeah, I assumed he knew all about us, I just meant don't bring us up when you're trying to "soften him up". And I would maybe reiterate the saving $$ aspect of having the land line again.

What I meant was he knows that's one of the main reasons I want internet.

And yeah...I think I'll remind him of that. He's calmed down a lot...it's just I hate keep having to explain why I want things. (Like a few weeks ago...we fought over me buying 2 packages of $2 cookies. Nothing big...but he goes through the cookies fast and I wanted my own bag! )

That was my thinking.

But unfortunately, it caused this big fight. :(

We got it resolved...since I bought the cookies anyway. But I wanted my own bag. And mine I still have some left, he ate all his.
Yeah, not good that it caused a big fight. Funny because if DBF and I ever fight it's over silly things like that too.

It's always the dumb things you fight over. Like cookies...actually we have a lot of problem grocery shopping toghther...we fought over hamburger once too. But I do like grocery shopping with him. I like him to get what he wants.

Hey Jenny! Getting alot done??

Getting real close to having the basement finished, as far as Joel's 'therapy area'. I have a mat where we can sit and look at books, and a kids picnic table we can sit at and do play-doh, blocks, work on his OT skills (like holding a crayon, using scissors, etc), and we have an older computer that he can do educational software on, as soon as I hook it back up. We also have our second TV area down there, so there are options when Mom is sick of the kids' shows. I still have to paint the laundry room floor, but that will wait till I conscript my hubby into helping. And eventually, I will be able to completely unearth my pottery wheel, and start making my mud pies again. :animwink:
