With me, I didn't even realize how stressed I was. But there were a number of things going on in my life that apparently bothered me more than I realized. I'm usually a pretty cool and calm person, so I guess I dealt with it by pulling my hair out. I know it sounds pretty strange now, but who knows what goes through the mind of a teenager!
