I think the repetition was intended. After the video with music, it was funny to repeat the comment, changing "looks" to "sounds."

given the substantial water pumping/filtration station built to accompany it, I would assume JoW will have a lot of moving water throughout the walkthrough. Looks like it will be open pretty soon so we shall see!

10 years from now those trees will have doubled in size, I think it'll be really nice. Throw in some nice lighting at night and bam.
