Experience isn’t a new term.I believe “walk-through experience” is the term Disney has applied to this. Because “experience” is the word all the hip and cool kids are using these days.

Nope. And Disney isn’t exactly known for being on the cutting edge of anything these days, except price hikes.Experience isn’t a new term.
In more ways than one (Dreamworks movie) :
Is the Disney Art Store that was displaced in the construction going to be put back in Journey of Water or the pumping station?
Same experience in 1990.When I was about 10 years old (1974 or so) my father took us on vacation to California and we visited the early Universal Studios.
The tram tour rode through a parting of the waters segment.

yeah, and Battlestar Galactica (the original!) The Universal of old was very cool - like the old DisneyMGM. I remember getting picked for the Star Trek show and being part of the crew on the bridge. That was fun!Same experience in 1990.
Hope springs eternal? Before I visited I really hadn't appreciated how "walled off" Epcot is. Will be in Florida again in September and we have decided to go visit Epcot to experience the F&W festival. Really hope the walls are gone as would really like to see what all this area is going to be like.
To be honest, you're not wrong. I'm a generation that grew up with Food Rocks and Ellen's Energy Adventure...Brilliant point. There's now an entire generation of people here who have no idea that excellence was ever the standard for Disney's parks.
Thus, they have no idea that their expectations and point of references have been stunted into mediocrity.
They think "mediocre" is fine, especially if it comes with a fawning YouTube video from a smarmy lifestyle blogger.
Will we be able to brush Maui's hair?If ... Planet Watch...are considered attractions... Then yes. This is an attraction.
Just as much as you can actually sleep in the rooms at swissWill we be able to brush Maui's hair?
Maybe I’m just uninformed, or just not looking at it correctly, but what on earth is that supposed to be?
