Yes!! I LOVE to sit on a bench and just people watch, but now they’ve taken most of those out of MK…so now my wife finds a place & I just sit on my ECV.. or take a ride over to TSI and relax there. I’m sure the only reason they removed the benches is because Chappie hasn’t found a way to monetize them…maybe next quarter…
Your post is why so many still love Disney. The love of being in the parks is enough for many of you. I didn't grow up on the parks. I went a few times as a kid and the only thing that stuck out was how amazing Epcot was as it completely different then the rest of Disney. Also a big part for my family is we love thrill rides and coasters and want to enjoy as many as we can til our bodies can't handle it anymore.

I’m like you…first trip was our honeymoon in ‘93…I was 29…was special then and while still special now, it’s kinda like eating your favorite food…you KNOW it’s going to give you a severe case of agita, and yet you keep going back for more…

Right now my favorite park is Cedar Point.

Lol, we took my son to see Les Miserables for his birthday a few weeks back and we love tee shirts. Naturally the 30 dollar t-shirt was 32 and change
The other thing I don't get in NYC is the 99 cent pricing. Why is stuff 3.99, just round up darn it. 😃
Or 3.99 & 9/10 a gallon for gas…

$3.99 sounds better to a consumer than $4.00 does, but I agree with you, just make it $4.00. Strange how 1 cent makes a difference in making a purchase. How anything costing $4.00 made it into a Disney forum is beyond me, LOL.

All largely exaggerated
Largely exaggerated? I don’t know what NJ town you live in, but what I pay in a quarter and a half, it would cover the whole year on a bigger lot with a bigger house in PA DE VA NC SC GA & FL…and my uncle just bought a house in FL (moved from NJ)… because he closed in May, they don’t have to pay any property taxes until ‘23…his taxes are 8k LESS than what he was paying in Middlesex county

up to a point. NYS and NYC have different rules that may come into play. NYC has no sales tax on items up to 110 bucks. have you seen the price of nike sneakers lately? My kid just asked for apair for christmas and they are 220 bucks. lol nowadays depending on the items 110 bucks is rather routine.
While nys may not tax, the city (and is there anything else worth mentioning lol ;)) will still slap on the city sales tax.
lol I just brought a les miz tee shirt that they taxed
So you buy 34 Xmas presents for $109.99 each…

What’s the problem here??
