You should do it as a long banner that can be unfurled...maybe 20 feet long or something!

Oh, and don't forget to have one that says "Bob Saget is on this boat!" (nods to my Sageteer buddies)

If you'd like I'll slap something together for you in photoshop at about a 20 foot by 3 foot banner that you can take to kinkos and get printed up?

@MonorailRed is scary good with photoshop as well, so perhaps she'd like to take a stab at it?

Any need to approval from @wdwmagic to use the logo...? I'd think so...

Yes! Need Steve's approval. Would it be expensive from Kinkos? I wonder if the guys have a color plotter out on their job site this time. Prob not, my luck. We do need to do this!

Who will be in charge of the webcam screen shots?????

Make it a little shorter than 20' long. I think that could be too much. We need more like 9'-10'.

I'd guess it would be around $70 - $100 to get an all weather banner, two tone. Mind you, that's a GUESS! <grin>

Full color probably isn't worth it, as you won't be able to make out the details from the webcam anyhow!

There are places online that will do it cheaper (but not necessarily faster)...

A full color plotter would work great, but you probably don't want to print this on paper, given the humidity around the Port (and the potential for spotty weather)...vinyl is the best choice.

Assuming logo approvals, I'd do a one tone yellow banner with black lettering or a blue banner with white lettering laid out as such...

As far as snapping screenshots, if it's a Saturday departure (I assume it is), I'd be happy to haunt the webcams and snag rolling screenshots for ya'll!

We should keep it simple and fairly inexpensive. ((We've got travel to pay for. :D )) I like Tammy's idea of "Hi WDWMagic!" We could do the logo print for WDWMagic. I wouldn't worry with the girls cruise logo. Keep it slightly generic for future use. Yes?

We sail out on Sunday evening. :)

I can do Sunday as well...weeknights are not good for me.

I think a banner would be neat. You all could line up and hold it together!

I think Kinkos is crazy expensive for banners! We'll have to check!!

Ooohhhhhh, I'm liking this banner talk!! My best friend is a cruise junkie and I know if I tell her when we're sailing out she will take it upon herself to watch for us and take screenshots, even if I don't ask her to. She's good like that! ;)
