Today's the eighth anniversary of when they started removing the Hat's older brother at Epcot. How time flies.

The hat was nicer. If only they had built it in front of the park's entrance...may still be there today. The wand was always awful. Now, we need to campaign to bring the "Center" back to EPCOT.
Does anyone know if the centerpiece of DHS will change with the redo or if the water tower is moving?

Since they are actively promoting the water tower as the icon of the park I would be willing to bet that they're either going to move the water tower that they currently have, or that they will build a bigger water tower closer to the middle of the park. Somewhere off to the side of the theater.

Or maybe they will build a "temporary" water tower right in front of the theater and say it's for a celebration!
