• Is the clock ticking on the Sorcerer Micket Hat icon at the Studios? Yes
• Ding dong the hat is dead
• Now that the hat's going away, what about the Yeti?

Or Leave a Legacy? Or The EPCOT Tarps? Or the Carpets?

In the last 10 years, only a few things in the park were universally lauded. Removal of the wand and removal of the hat were two of them.

I'd say the large empty walled-in area between the back of the Hat and the GMR is where the crane will be parked.

I hope not... but they have a lot of events with that stage and whether a hat is behind them or not I'm not sure where else they could put it right now

If they could, they would have to file a permit to do it and from what I have been reading that hasn't been done. Also if it is sitting on concrete where does it lower too? It's not like it has a basement with Florida's water table just a few feet below the surface.
