It was ok...I actually died of laughter listening to terrified kiddies screaming bloody murder...but I was glad I tried it.
I've never been on it, but from the threads it seems that NO-ONE likes it!
Can anyone enlighten me as to why it's so awful?
As a side note, I do remember going on Alien Encounter as a child and coming out completely traumatised, though!
Sounds like marriageIf you like getting belched and farted in your face while trying to follow a ridiculous plot line... ITS FABULOUS!
My oldest (age 7 at the time) walked out and said, "that's it? I dont get it."
Sounds like marriage
Alien Encounter was awful, and Stitch is worse than that. I think that, much like with Journey Into Your Imagination, they have a hard time getting anything worthwhile in that location.
Compared to what was there originally (Mission to the Moon followed by Mission to Mars) it is now the highest of high tech. It isn't easy to fit something in a circular show room that is not only interesting, but, visible from every angle. Based on that, they have done a pretty good job with both. Alien Encounter was a little to intense for kids, though I have heard about adults have been scared by it as well. (A concept that escapes me, however, whatever) and Stitch which is much less intensive (and the basic body humor, belching and spitting) is more designed to make the younger audience laugh and relax. I don't expect "grown ups" to get all excited about it, but, I do think that for what it is worth, it's done pretty well. I have also heard that adults think that the race cars in Tomorrowland Speedway are to slow as well, isn't that surprising?Alien Encounter was awful, and Stitch is worse than that. I love it when you chime in.... It's exactly what was missing...Compared to what was there originally (Mission to the Moon followed by Mission to Mars) it is now the highest of high tech. Hmmmmm. I just can't even.I didn't see anything wrong with it. It wasn't bad at all.
Had our first trip to Disney a few weeks ago and I have to say that this was the worst ride of the entire trip. I was confused from the moment I entered and then when the harness came down and the room got dark I thought Okay, this is gonna get better, I am on a "ride" and then nothing. The harness was really uncomfortable too and I just don't get the point of it? The whole thing just seemed old & tired. It was truly the only attraction I wish I had skipped.
