DHS would be the place to go for all MCU properties (though I'd make a case for Tomorrowland), but that won't ever happen.
I'd actually prefer another gate that's exclusively MCU... but we all know that won't happen in our lifetimes...
Yanny or Laurel?
Oh, please... that non-dilemma died quicker than that Bud Light "dilly dilly" non-thing.

Well for me there's more to the MCU and movies in general than the characters. It's the worlds they build. Theme parks IMO should focus on the worlds and not the characters.
This is why I'm in the camp of unpopular opinion that is glad WDW can only have Guardians of the Galaxy and (MAYBE) Black Panther. The world/environment of the Earth-based Marvel Avengers is boooooring. A land themed for their bland brand of "New York City, but electronics are covered in blue lights" is far less exciting than Wakanda's afro-futurism and the extraordinarily varied locales of the Guardians movies.
It's honestly a good thing that Marvel Island in IOA was built in the 90's instead of this decade, because the colorful real-life-comix aesthetic is so much more fun than the decorating in Hong Kong's Iron Man ride. And this is coming from a huge Iron Man fanboy.

How to make Black Panther fit in Epcot is simple. Disney has gone on record saying that the theme park rides take place in a universe where the characters actually have come to the park itself and know they’re in a theme park so the answer here is quite simple. As part of their Wakandan outreach program they’ve decided to partner up with Disney and add Wakanda to World Showcase. It could also go in Adventureland or Animal Kingdom (yeah, come at me) but first we just need to deal with that pesky contract. That last bit kind of stinks because it prevents the one Marvel property that could really fit Epcot from coming. Of course I’m talking about Stark Expo.

I can see the WoL building being used as a Wakanda Outreach Program Facility. And it wouldn't need T'Challa at all. The cast of the Black Panther movie is pretty astonishing. You could have video with Nakia (Lupita N'yongo), Okoye (Danai Gurira), and most definitely T'Challa's little genius sister Shuri. In fact, she would be perfect for Disney. She was my daughter's favorite part of the movie. Her character is portrayed as super-intelligent and young. Attracting a younger crowd into Epcot is exactly what they want to do in terms of making Epcot more family (or more Disney). The cast of Black Panther would also lend itself to the multi-cultural aspect of Epcot, which is currently more tangible in World Showcase. I think it would be great to expand on that into the Future World area. And all types of technology and science could be the focus. Since Wakanda is more advanced, they could help us to better understand our own world, along with its limitations and possiblities for the future.

I actually thought some of Shuri's lines were cringe worthy but I like the other cast.

Yep, I don't think Wakanda and/or a Stark Expo are the best fits for Epcot, but there are certainly story treatments that work. Considering that Joe Rohde is in charge and is coming off a masterful story treatment in Pandora: The World of AVATAR there would be some hope in appropriateness.

Personally, if Disney had any intention of ever getting the Marvel theme park rights back, I do think they would of gone down the route of putting Marvel in DHS starting with Mission Breakout and using that area.

Because Guardians is going in Epcot, to me it’s apparent that there won’t be more Marvel coming to WDW anytime soon. Instead, put it in the Space area of Epcot and bring traffic to that area.

Not that I want Disney to be lazy but why move Indy to Animal Kingdom. Why not update the stunt show and then add a ride on the land where Star Tours currently sits?
