So after skimming through the thread it looks like either IJ to Dino or IJ to somewhere in DHS? If it is the former I feel like the rest of dinoland would look kind of weird unless it ceased to exist in a few years

By Christmas, Universal will have Forbidden Forest coaster under construction at IOA. Fast and Furious, Ministry of Magic, and Super Nintendo World happening at USF. A Hydromagnetic Mammoth water coaster under construction in VB. And 3 hotels going up.
I think I knew about all of that except ministry of magic. Was that announced yet? I'm really excited if that's happening but then that should be it for Potter for a while.

Exactly, which makes even more puzzling that Uni fans are utterly panicking over Indy Land.

What's the word for someone who quite likes the Indy ride at Disneyland, and kinda likes the Dinosaur ride at DAK, but would be actively embarrassed for all involved if a 20-25-year-old ride got cloned nowadays?

It could use the same track layout with an entirely different storyline.

Ministry of Magic has not been announced yet. But they did announce that this is the last year for Bill & Ted's which is in the Fear Factor Live Theater which is where MoM is going. So we have confirmation something is happening there. But no official announcement about MoM yet. Universal wants to bookend SW:GE with a double whammy of Potter up front and Super Nintendo World at the rear.

Comcast ain't playin'.

Imagining if these discussion boards were around when Tokyo DisneySea was being built with Indy:

"But, but, the park has Sea in the name! There's nothing relating to the seas in the Indiana Jones Adventure!"
"Well, we could say it's in a river valley near the seas."
"Bah! You're tweaking it beyond recognition now!"
"It will look great!"
"It doesn't matter if it looks great, it's breaking the theme!"
"The real theme of the park is exploration and adventure, not literally 'oceans' ."

Replace exploration & adventure with the nature > man and oceans with animals, and there you go.
I don't think TDS ever had an educational component or cohesive theme. Still Disney's best park though.
