Go get desserts from the little kiosk in Morocco! Delicious. Had the semolina/orange cake thing and an almond cookie, the soft one.
I hear you…i’m just not into that type of dessert.

Doing the “new” Narcoossee’s” tonight…stoked for that.

Lunch is tbd…but damn near everything is available

Beaches and cream, round up bbq, topolino…just not alot of buzz

Better get that dining plan going - hook ‘em in at 120% of retail 👍🏻

My only lunch recommendation is Al & Compass restaurant if you are around there. Great burger, grilled cheese and chicken salad sandwich! Nice inside too.

The economy has slowed quite a bit and folks are cutting back on discretionary spending. Vacations are the first thing to go. Next, streaming services and movie theatre outings.

Not a good time for companies like Disney.
Vacations get cut long before the lower cost stuff. Replacing a trip to WDW with some local activities saves a lot more than not going to see a movie or cutting streaming.

In the short term parks and resorts will feel it far more than streaming or the studio.

Facts >> anecdotes

True but facts are old news. Reservations and cancellations are forward looking. I wont stop going but others appear to be. Only time will tell. The good news for me is that if others stop going the parks will be less crowded Now, looking at Orlando, the timeshare capital of the world, decreasing occupancy and thus sales should be taken very seriously. Plus, Wyndham has resorts all over Florida and if they are having issues it goes beyond the RCID fight.

Sure for those still going it's great for you. For Disney that's not good at all. Simply for the fact many are traveling to Orlando and Florida but not to Disney.

I was just going through
https://queue-times.com/parks and comparing wait times and crowd level of the Orlando parks. SeaWorld and Universal are listed as packed with high wait times. While Disney is listed as busy but average wait times.

What is happening?

I don't think the lack of standby queue has anything to do with Tron not being a draw. If you look at most other parks a new attraction usually draws people to the park and boosts attendance
Does going to the park allow you to ride the new ride without jumping through any hoops?

At every other park in this country, including WDW’s sister resort the answer is yes, at Epcot and MK the answer is no.
