Indiana Jones Land?

Muppets is a weird attraction and IP for that matter. The ONLY reason people have started coming back to the 4d thing is because all the other attractions have long wait times. That show sat walk-in empty for a decade. The last couple years I've been shocked to see an actual line for it. It needs to go away or have a massive refurb imo.

I love Muppet ip. I wish that area was redone though with a more major ip possibly using Muppets area and startours area and finally creating Indiana Jones lost expedition or something else major. and relocate the Muppets area and to an open air Henson studios themed area where the pond and retro diner is.

I had a nice response composed but decided otherwise, because I realized I can sum up your post thusly:

too bad The Great Muppet Movie Ride never came to be.
I meant relocate Muppets to the front of the park in a Henson Studios open air courtyard with Muppets Theater and Food options still avail. Maybe even a small Muppets spinner or something for very young kids

Actually saw a preview this weekend. My honest opinion is it looks like a return to what an Indiana Jones film should be. Trailer was fantastic and that was the consensus of a small group of 10 people. I am now excited for an Indy return!!!

Haters going to hate. Jeezzz give it a chance.
Looks 1000x's better than Crystal skulls.

I'm glad you liked it, but in my opinion it looks horrible.

I don't think people are interested in Indy because the last one was so bad. And worst of all everything coming out of Lucasfilm (Mandolorian) hasn't been good.

I would rather see them completely rebuild Star Tours at the entrance to SWGE...so you could actually take the ride to the Galaxy's edge... and then in it's place build a new Indiana Jones attraction as the centerpiece to that mini-land it would be a win/win for both IJland and SWGE
The problem with that is that you'd have to get rid of the Muppets, which they absolutely shouldn't do.

Is there any room in Magic Kingdom's Tomorrowland to fit Star Tours like in Disney Land? It feels out of place in Hollywood Studios, but I'd hate to see it go.

I think you could build an "explore a lost ruinous jungle temple" area with or without the indy IP. Just as an awesome Adventureland type area. But regardless I want IJ and the lost expedition land built please. In either Studios park. Or both, but with different themed locations.

Absolutely. There just so happens to be a parking lot where they had plans at one time to build a Main Street theater….I think that would be a great place for it.

Highly disagree I think it fits DHS great and has no place in Tomorrowland

Pratt is the only person I could visualize taking the role and doing it a service at this point and time….

That being said, I still think Harrison Ford IS Indiana Jones.

I know Disney will eventually recast and relaunch. It’s what they do.
The best person to take on the mantle of indiana jones already had it, and he died on Halloween 1993.

Overlaying Star Tours with anything is a pretty wild concept to me. Under current WDI timelines, that bones would be 40 years old by the time that overlay would kick in. How many simulators are that old? Run it into the ground and then retire it.
