I’ll add 4 that weren’t mentioned…Honey, I Shrunk the Kids playground @ MGM/Hollywood Studios…my DW & I first experienced it on our “Disneymoon” in 1993 and then took our kids who loved the area…

20k @ MK…again, rode it in ‘93 yes, it wasn’t technically advanced, but it WAS fun!

The hunt for the paint brushes on TSI early in the morning…our girls LOVED the hunt!

IMHO, the best experience I had was for my birthday my wife and kids bought me the Segway around the WS tour…I did it solo with a group of about 10, we learned how to “drive” a Segway and then toured the WS before it opened for the day…
THAT was a tour to experience!!

Honorable mentions: the liquid cheese & the giant sugar cookies at the Writers Stop @ HWD

Getting the full experience included when dining at Cinderella's castle - a personal meet and greet with Cinderella in her own area with backdrop before the meal with a printed photo of the meet provided at the end of the meal, plus the wand or sword and wishing star, and all of the characters individually stopping at your table to chat for a while. Magical and worth the price for all that. Food was awful though and so was the service. lol

I've had several but being Temporary Ruler of the Realm by pulling out the sword in the stone with Merlin was definitely a cool experience for my younger self. Also the countless times I rode in the front of the monorail is something I still wish we could do today. I never get tired of being on there.

EDIT: I thought of a few more!
  • Illuminations boat cruise
  • Went to the Adventurers Club for the first time the day before it was announced it would be closing

Oh here’s another one…. Concourse Steakhouse!
I remember when that area was a very 1970's style cafeteria, complete with jello cubes as a dessert option. Back then the area that is now Steakhouse 71 housed a quick serve place that didn't have enough ventilation. It always smelled of old fry grease and steamed hamburgers.

The current options in both locations are better than those, but the Concourse Steakhouse was very good.
