Imagination! Being Replaced w. Dr. Doof?

Imagination has been getting some looks lately...

But personally....a big No Thanks to Phineas and Ferb. (Whoever they are. I couldn't pick them out of a line-up.)

I refuse to support any non-original toons in Epcot. Massive fail of an idea.

I'm fine with non-original toons in Epcot - if they are appropriate. We all know it's not possible at the moment, but out of all the parks, it seems Marvel actually would fit best there.

Like yourself, though, I had no idea who they were talking about to begin with until people started mentioning P+F. I don't think such a new property has wide-enough appeal. I don't disprove of a theme just because I may not be a fan of the property, but in general Disney Channel original properties seem transient by nature and don't feel like they need to be in permanent theme park attractions.

I'm with the crowd on this one...FIGMENT is fine, it's the attraction itself that is lame. And for crying out loud, no more video screen attractions, my God, please...it's right next door to one, and we don't need yet another ride that you can pretty accurately replicate with a rolling office chair and a Wii.

To be fair, if Iger WOULD announce a P&F overhaul of Imagination he could still rightfully claim that Figment isn't going anywhere, anytime soon.

This park just needs to play catch up. It's so far behind on "newness". It's really showing it's age. I like entertainment, shows, live stuff happening that makes every trip a little different and exciting.

They were going to have something called the Tron Arcade at EC during the 1980's. The artwork looked cool, but don't know much about it other than it was going into where Innovations is now.
