My family and I will be making our return trip to the land Walt walked in at the end of April, as well.
Went once 6 years ago while the wife was pregnant, and now the kiddo will get to see it.
All the refurbs are a bit of a downer, but between DL and DCA, there are so many things WDW doesn't have I just can't wait to visit.

I'm thinking if more gets added to the refurb list I may bite the bullet and spend the $600 to dump our miles back to the United account. $600 vs. the $7k we have yet to spend on the trip. You know? DH's project end date keeps being pushed precariously close to our travel dates. It may just have to be put on hold. Again. Part of me is like "noooooooo" but mostly I'm indifferent. I think I over-traveled last year. LOL!
Yep. Tracey is already laying down the law that if we push California off I better find him a room on a ship. LOL!

So Pirates has been dropped from the refurb schedule, yes?
Postponed. I think it's now end of April.

Hrmm. Wish they'd get their act together on this stuff and stick to a schedule. I applaud refurbing, but it's a real pain when they keep switching stuff around.

They now have Mermaid and Indy as being closed the last week of April, but not Space. This is stressful.

Where do you find the refurb list? I can't seem to find Indy on any schedule showing a later opening date of April 25. Also, @sweetpee_1993 I read on another site that Pirates MIGHT be down at the end of April (date said April 28) and that Space would open back up at the end of April (April 22 I think?) If that holds true, we'd at least get Space and Pirates before it goes down for it's refurb. SUPER bummed if the Indy closure is extended. That's a pretty busy time with Easter being the week before, and spring break crowds in March... Seems like a lot of rides to be down during a pretty busy time (Nemo, Alice and Soarin also down)
It's an inconsistent thing. That's part of the problem. Go to the interactive park map linked above and go to each attraction. It lists refurb dates on each attraction's little pop-up bubble.

Ahhh, yes . I see. It doesn't list PotC as being down but Indy down through 5/8 and Space going down 5/22 (so we would get Space but no Indy) I wish they would get their act together and stick with a refurb schedule!!!
We will get neither. I'm secretly hoping
Tracey will take the bait when I offer up a week at the lake instead.

You'll get Space since it's not scheduled to go down til 5/22!! This is sofrustrating, especially when you're trying to plan a trip and things keep changing. I don't fault them for trying to do their refurbs. It's more than some other parks are doing (I'm looking at you WDW!!) but I wish they would pick dates and stick with em!! A week at the lake sounds better right about now!
Not to mention a helluva lot cheaper! LOL! We still may go I'm just not wanting to get too excited. Too much up in the air right now.

I read that PotC is scheduled to go down April 28, but I don't see it on the Disneyland site.
