Showers always help. Refreshing. I usually take about 3 a day, 4 if I run.

That's soooo many. I haven't showered since Tuesday Morning, and I don't think I'm going to shower today. Our shower ratios are completely flipped :lol:

same here. If I thought about the whole slaughter process, I WOULD become vegetarian. :lol: I have a huge heart for animals, so thinking about it...gah!^THIS.
