I should be working/studying/cleaning, but instead I'm on WDWmagic.

No, no....First year in College. HS was last year.

I've thought of Double Minor, too, and for the same topic. :D

And you're already taking honours classes? Whattt?
Here you can't apply to do an honours thesis until you're in third. Howww does this make sense?

Major Psyc, double minor French and Sociology. I want to work with kidss.. just not sure what. I hate life decisions.

Of course I was in labs at 2:00 AM testing concrete beams to failure, so I have that going for me.

I DEFINITELY choose papers! All that physics/math related stuff absolutely confuses me to no end.

Physics 11 in HS was the worst experience of my life.

Reading all of this make me realize just how much more I like work than school

Although, I did not write too many papers in College or Grad school (Engineering :) )

In fact if I did not take three semesters of Shakespeare, one of Acient History, and a course in technical/computer ethics, I think the only paper I would have written was my Masters Thesis.

Of course I was in labs at 2:00 AM testing concrete beams to failure, so I have that going for me.

With work, the "to-do" list never gets done, it just shrinks and grows. Right now it's lunch, so this is my break for the day.

Yeah....I'll stick to the papers. Labs do not provide for a positive connotation for me:lookaroun

Even still, it's got to be a different set up than the university I'm at.. there's no way you'd be able to accumulate enough credits to get into fourth year classes.

I should be doing... well, anything other than being on here, but really, I don't feel like it.

I'm such a waste of life sometimes

Little Women auditions were O.K...

I was tried for Aunt March. i.e. I was to dress in DRAG. (FML)

But callbacks were good; I was tried for only male parts and there were only 5 guys in callbacks, so that's a bit of hope!

Now see, AP Calc, and AP Physics in HS were some of the easiest classes. :)

Didn't even try AP English or History or Chem, just stuck with honors.

Of course that is going back slightly over two decades.

When I was in college, we didn't have "honors" classes. There were some 500 level classes you could take as an undergrad, and depending on your major, some 400 level classes gave you graduate credit, but there was nothing with "honors" attached to it. Of course, aside from the few humanities I mentioned before, all of my classes were engineering classes - and civil engineering ones at that. I don't think they would have a "Principles of Ground Modification - Honors" :)

It's more like that here, haha.. so, when I'm referring to Honours classes I'm talking about seminars ahah. We have like.. "Advanced topics in.. Child Development" and such.

That being said, we're a 'social science' based school. I know Dalhousie has 'honours' classes is various subjects.

PS: Principles of Grount Modification. Yum.

It's a 3rd year class.

And I'm in class, BTW....Freshman Exp.:lookaroun:rolleyes::lol:

Well, I am proud of you then :)

I'm on in class all the time :( Fail.
Except I turn my screen down so people can't see what I'm doing ;)

One guy in my Legal Methods and Systems lecture was on Football Manager 2010 during his lecture. This is why I write my notes, as i'd no doubt be doing exactly the same!

For some reason I just flashed on that scene from Real Genius where, over time, more and more students are not attending a lecture, rather they just have tape recorders sitting on their desks. Finally the scene ends with a room full of tape recorders on desks, and instead of a professor lecturing, there is a tape player in the front of the room playing the lecture.

That was a great movie. :)

It's funny you should say that. We can watch our politics lectures online and attendence is getting less and less every lecture, I could see a situation where i am the only person actually there.
