I should be working/studying/cleaning, but instead I'm on WDWmagic.

I got blood drawn for the first time today. The thought of blood mades me really dizzy. This was not an experience I wanted to go through, especially allllll alone.

Went to the health center after class. I've had a terrible sore throat for a week and a half now. And still have abdominal pain. I haven't eaten since Sunday...the thought of food makes me sick. And I'm really nauseous today. I figured they could tell me something. Saw the nurse, got sent to the doctor. They thought it might be mono, so I had to have blood work done. during the procedure, I basically spilled my life story to the guy because I was so nervous. It's not mono, they don't know what it is, so I have to live with this. Yaaaay...not.

Hopefully they figure it out soon.. that doesn't sound like it's very fun to deal with, let alone try to work through school at the same time.

I'm with you on the blood work.. not a huge fan of needles, but it's seeing the vials after they've been drawn that makes me sick. They is supposed to be IN ME. Cameron gives blood frequently, and he's always updating me on how long it took him to give the amount.. no wayyyy in heck I'd let someone take blood from me for 7 minutes. No. Way.

Good evening, everyone!

I love that I have this week off my chest now. The majority of all my projects and papers complete. :D

I so can't wait to sleep in, unless I am told to head over to the Laundromat and wash my quilts, among a tedious itinerary proposed for tomorrow. Believe me, it isn't the first time that my first day-off revolved around sitting for the darn machine to finish.

Oh well.

Nicole - Sorry to hear about your loss of your horse friend. :( As for the blood giving thing, I actually disliked needles until recently, in which I now do not mind donating. The needles still have that unpleasant pinching feeling, but it subsides rather quickly.

Kenzie - Those 7 minutes of blood-donating doesn't feel as long as I know some other givers... :lookaroun

Luke - Have fun in the Zion, Canyonlands, whatever place you want to go.
Enjoy your break and sleeping in!

Thanks. It was a real stab to the heart when I found out. And yeah, it wouldn't have been as bad if I didn't have to go through it alone. No one was there to be with me and hold my hand. It was an awful feeling.

My conversation with my dad just now:

I updated him on my health. Told him we were getting more snow this weekend.

Him: Then I won't tell you it is going to be in the 80s this weekend.

Me: I hate you. Stop talking.

Sorry.

Oh, and I just discover that today is unofficially a "Make Up Your Own Holiday" Day. :lookaroun
So I didn't have to go to class today? That's why no one was in calc...

Today is officially Do Nothing In Hopes Of Getting Better day. What's your holiday?

My holiday is "Write An Essay And Figure Out What You're Doing In Utah For Spring Break" Day. So far I'm doing a very poor job celebrating.
