I need to vent!!!!

Hi all.
Most of you do not know me as I am not as prolific a poster as some of the members of this forum. However in reading the threads I have come to see that you all are a group of wonderful people who are there for each other.

Here goes. My name is Robert and just two days ago my partner of three years, Patrick was admitted to the ICU unit in critical condition. I had no knowledge of his being sick and now I am scared that I am going to lose him. This is the most awful feeling in the world and I just need to vent. I ask all of you to gather prayers, good wishes good vibes etc. and channel them in this direction. I don't mean to get anyone down and depressed, I think I am down far enough in the dumps for everyone on WDWmagic. Thank you for reading this, and everyone have a great evening.

Hey bud...I'm sorry to hear about your recent news and just know, if you ever need to talk...my AIM name is the same as my Magic name...feel free...anytime. We're all here for ya.

Make sure you take care of yourself, and let people help you out--it makes them feel useful.

Well my prayers are with you and Patrick, but since I've been basically told I'm on a Mag-Lev to Hell, not sure how much good that'll do.

Robert... my heart goes out to you... you & Patrick are in my thoughts and prayers! I live in CT too, and know that we've got some really great hospitals here, so I'm sure he's in good hands! With all of us praying for you both too, you know that you're in good hands! Hang in there!!

Hi Robert,

As someone who knows you, perhaps as well as anyone on here, I just wanted to send you both, mine and Pam's very VERY best wishes.

We often talk of the fun we all had in The Adventurers Club (on what was probably the 1st WDWMagic "meet" - all 4 of us!!) and what a great couple you were, both very friendly, and funny.

I know we are miles and miles away, but just know that you are both in our prayers, and that we will be thinking about the both of you. Please pass on our love and best wishes to Patrick.

I am new here so I really don't know much of anyone. However, I am sending prayers for you both. Don't stress yourself out too much. Lean on some of us. You can't be strong for him, if you don't take care of yourself and keep yourself strong. Hugs!!!!!!!

Hi all

Well again thanks for all the good wishes and prayers. Unfortunately, Patrick passed away at 2:30 am on Saturday 6/14. This has been a hard time but having friends like you guys has helped.
