I think he is the only one in that company. That is most likely HIS e-mail. Ready? Send HATE mail!!!!:fork:

I choose to let disney take care of this for me. Do all the e-mails you want. I think hitting his pocket book is what he cares about as far as the F&G festival goes. Anymore confrontations with guests will most certainly hurt him where it hurts, his checkbook.

Nice one bigfatdonna that is the funniest thing i have read all morning!

Good luck all, i have sent a message (non abusive!) to say that i and others were disappointed with his attitude. I also let him now that his planters were nothing special so he should not worry about photos.

I can confirm that he's not the only one at the company since I was chasticed for discussing taking a picture of the same stands on a Saturday afternoon about 3 weeks ago. However, I was approached by a woman who, while not nearly as aggressive as described above made the same comments about copyright, etc..

I was also planning on turning around, heading over to the nearby gift shop, cranking up the zoom lense and getting the picture anyway.

I left him a nice little email, making sure to express how unimaginative his products are and how his bad attitude is sure to hinder his buisness...this guy is a real :hurl:

You people are certianly better than me.:(

If he would have stepped to me and foamed at the mouth, I would have been very un-Disney like and reset his jaw for him.:hammer:

Mission Possible

I'm waiting anxiously for Rob to report back. I could just picture the smirk on his face looking forward to his visit. If there is a picture defining "man with a mission" I think it would be him striding into his old stomping grounds of Epcot.

While it can be frustrating dealing with aspects of the Mouse, there are things that can be influenced and changed. I may be a bit premature, but I already feel Badger Brent, Rob and all of the active participants here have won! :sohappy:

I've been to WDW a decent number of times, and have never finished a trip without at least one experience with an unpleasant or rude person, unfortunately. Whether it be someone barking at you to get out of their camera's view (as if you can tell where the 100 cameras in your immediate vicinity are each pointed... it's not intentional!) or people being rude, trying to make you give up the parade spot you've held for 30 minutes when they show up with 30 seconds to go, or people who think they deserve a spot at the front of the bus more than everyone else, etc... it's always something. Add to that the pushing, shoving, and intentional bumping that goes on sometime, and sheesh! There are just a lot of hateful people out there, you have to overlook it and move on.

I went there, and I'm back...

the lady and the man were definitely looking at me. I took a shot from about 15 feet away, looking straight at the lady, then went up 10 feet and took a pic of myself right in front of it, turned around and looked at the lady straight in the eye while she gave me an evil look.

Then I laughed and walked away

pictures will be up shortly... I'm editing them and getting them online

I was hoping that Rob would post a closer shot of the woman mentioned, but since he's more interested in taking pictures of himself (ha ha) here goes my post:

<img src="http://photoalbums.wdwmagic.com/data/500/437vendorwoman.jpg">

You're slipping, Rob, remember to keep your eye on the prize!

And yes, we're better than the FBI :lookaroun

We should print their headshots on T-shirts with the caption "Wanted," wear the shirt to EPCOT and shop at their stand. ...or not.

I found this thread sooooo funny !

I took a picture of this area as well and the woman shown in the photo came up and asked me what I was doing. I was a little confused not knowing what she was talking about so I said I was just looking around. She said "You weren't JUST LOOKING...you don't hold up a camera if you're JUST LOOKING. You can't take photos here! These are for sale not for taking pictures of!"

While she was yelling at me a guest in a wheelchair was trying to get past her to go towards the book shelf. Well the crabby lady stepped back, caught her heel on the wheelchair and almost fell over...the only thing that stopped her was her rack of clay pots and she broke the bottem two!!!!

So what did I do....I took some pictures of the broken pots and the guy behind me who saw the whole thing said "Well they're not made very good anyway are they." We both had a big laugh over it all.

Are you going to post your pictures so we can all enjoy?

I have 27 films to develop so I may have to take out a bank loan to get them done...by the way, I'm a photographer from the dark ages....just me and my old fashioned 35mm Nikon...no digital pics here. When I get them done though I will post them up for you.

 That is definately priceless.

You would figure now that something is up from all these random "photography sessions" in front of their stand. Do they sell anything while at the show? (never been to one). I wonder how many customers they have scared away because of this...

Too bad I'm in Massachusetts. I would switch to the video record funtion on my digital camera and see if the guy starts giving me crap. I'd be able to record the whole thing and he would think I was just trying to take a picture. Show that to the CMs and watch him get tossed.
