Weddings scare me! :lookaroun

My older sister is in the beginning stages of planning out her wedding and I never realized all the details one must take care of; invitations, flowers, cake, dress, honeymoon, DJ, teeth whitening, video, liposuction, caterers, laser eye surgery, pictures, the kitchen knives, etc.

Wow...she's going to way more extremes that I am for my wedding! Laser eye surgery...liposuction... :hammer:

This is why I'm getting married in Jamaica...all I really have to do is pay my money and I'm set. Everything is included! It's wonderful.

I'd just pay Disney whatever money they want for a Fairytale Wedding, and send the bill to my parents. :lookaroun

I just added those to see if anyone was paying attention and you were. :D

I remember reading your trip report and how your fiancé proposed…and the picture of the surprised look on your face was priceless. :) Wedding in Jamaica! That sounds like paradise. When is the big day?

Yep, getting married in Jamaica b/c otherwise it would feel like work if I got married here. (Since I go to weddings for a living... :hammer: ) I've never been to Jamaica, so I'm looking forward to it. I'm actually getting married July 29 (2006, obviously) and then having a reception back in my hometown in August, so those who couldn't come down to Jamaica can celebrate and party with us! :sohappy:

My last day of work at SeaWorld is tomorrow... :(
:( I'll miss your work stories. I think my favorite (and I may be combining a couple together) was the early morning after long hours trip where you travelled by van to the Navy base to help Shamu make an appearance at the homecoming of a carrier. Anyway, you rock, Kirsten.

Good luck in what comes next. **huggles**

I just find the whole NL thing really pointless. I really dont get the reasoning of the lack of DH thing. Some players REALLY need to be DHs since they are kind of a liability in the field, like Barry Bonds, Mike Piazza, and a few others. David Ortiz would never last in the NL, he couldnt field his position if his career depended on it. I tried to watch a few St. Louis games this season and I got REALLY lost when it came to double switches. The lineups are majorly weak in some parts that when a pitcher switchs leauges it takes awhile for them to adjust because the lineup has no real holes like they get used to. And where else can a team finish their season UNDER .500 and still make the postseaon??

But hey, thats just me.
While I don't agree with you at all, I give you points for caring enough about the issue to have an opinion. **Huggles**

Thanks, I'll take whatever points I can get. I hear that alot though. Very few people ever agree with me. Thats why I normally just keep my mouth shut.

Because I really don't care about the effect of copper chlorine on tin foil. :brick:

It doesn't matter if you care or not, what matters is passing the course.

Now go do your report! :p

Sounds a lot like our labs. Though, it's a welcome change from grade school experiments... we actually get to do things, as opposed to the teacher reading from a book, and saying, "Copy this down, because is is what would have happened if we actually had a budget, or non-lawsuit-happy people enrolled in the grade..." :brickwall

But I agree with Mom. Go do your report! :p If I have to, you do too. ;)

By the way, I think copper chloride dissolves the tin foil. Chlorine, being an acid, would probably do that to such a thin metal.
