How long have you've been a WDW fan?

Since before my first birthday. I only live 40 minutes from WDW and have been a passholder since before I can remember. I learned how to ride a bike at fort wilderness. My brother lost his first tooth at the contemporary. We used to go at least twice a month. My birthday parties took place at river country or typhoon lagoon. I'm continuing the tradition with my husband now!

I love this question, or should say, love answering it.

First trip I was 10 years old, and went with parents and siblings. That was 1986, so it was just MK and Epcot. Had a good time, but wasn't in love with it yet.
Second trip, I was 14 years old, and again went with parents and siblings. That was the trip I really fell in love with the parks. Sadly, it would be another 6 years until I got to go back.
Third trip, I was 20 years old. My friend calls me one day in mid February and says he's going to WDW with his parents and asks if I want to go next month. Just need spending money. I say yes, we go, stay on site for the first time, and fall in love with the resort. Since then, I can't get enough of it. No matter how tough I can be on the place and no matter how much I expect of it, I know I will always love it.

Hmmm...
Well, when I was 4 1/2 months old, I took my first trip to Disney. My parents held up a bunch of stuffed animals to me, and I picked Dumbo. Dumbo has been with me ever since. We went once in 95 and once in 96, and after that we've gone at least twice a year. I was four when I took my 10th trip. I also had the room full of princess stuff. And six of the princess costumes.

Disney was something I grew up with that I never did outgrow. Never will.

I've been a fan since my first trip in October of 2002. I was only a kid, but I loved it. I don't remember when I became a die hard fan though. Probably back in 2008 or 2009. I don't think I was really old enough to appreciate the detail and the magic of Disney until then. Disney is one of the two strong loves I have outside of friends and family.

My first trip to WDW was in 1975. My DW and I stayed in the South Wing at the Contemporary. In those days there was the Ploy, MK, Campgrounds, River Country and what’s now called Shades of Green. It became our go to vacation from then on for many years. We saw the addition of the Disney Shopping Center (aka DTD) and attended opening day at EPCOT. DW and I went our separate ways in ’84, but both continue visiting WDW separately.

I have always been a fan of "The Mouse".:)
But, in terms of WDW, I didn't become "obsessed" until 2007!:D
