How long have you've been a WDW fan?

Thanks to Disney advertising, I don't remember a time when I didn't want to go. Alas, mom always said she didn't like amusement parks and I could go when I grew up.

Since I was little watching Disney every Sunday night. But the "I cannot get enough" didn't start until 1996 when I made my 1st trip to WDW.

I grew up watching the movies, went to Disneyland once, and I even remember being Tinkerbell for Halloween, but I wouldn't say I became a fan until my first trip in 2006 at age 36! Now I'm hooked!

my mom tells me i was totally obsessed with disney movies with cinderella, snow white, and the love bug movies in particular. apparently i had an over attachment to herbie and the vw bug my mom had at the time. but it stuck when we took our first trip october 1972. problem now is my sister and i still habitually call the magic kingdom "disney" after all until epcot came along (i was about in 8th or 9th grade) it was.

we went for my sisters 2nd birthday in oct of 1972, i was 5. glad to see someone else whose been going as long as us...seems like most people on these boards have been going since the 80s and 90s when "they were babies" lol. i had my own babies by then.

I've always been a fan of Disney in general, but I didn't go on my first trip till I was 19!!! 15 trips later I can say I think I definitely caught the Disney bug!

yep...we watched the magical world of disney on sunday nights too lol. i also remember watching old reruns of the original mickey mouse club (use to wait all week for the cartoon shorts they'd show), and in elementary school from time to time we'd get the disney nature documentaries and things like charlie the lonesome cougar, davy crockett that sort of thing.

I first went to Disney World and Florida when I was 16. I almost didn't go because I didn't want to go. But, after our trip down there, I became a fan. And now have visited Disney 13 times since then. And will be going back soon for the 14th time.

Went for the first time last year and have been OBSESSED SINCE! Planning my next trip now for 2014. I hope to go atleast every 2 years now, because I just can't get enough.
