Just wondering, haven't had the privilege of eating there yet and we're thinking about it for our Sept. trip.

IMHO, if you want to compare it to other Italian or pizza chains, it's comparable in quality to an Olive Garden, both of which are preferable to Pizza Hut, which is better than a sbarro, which is better than Papa John's which is better than Domino's. None of which I'd go out of my way with my dining dollar.

 We've never had really bad food there but we have had terrible service there twice. Both wait people were very short tempered, acted as we were an intrusian in their day! There is not much at Hollywood!

I ate there a few weeks ago and the food was fine, my husband and I both got chicken parmasean and the portions were large. He had very little sauce as compared to my plate. The kitchen was open and it was interesting to listen to the chefs calling out orders, etc. Our waitress seemed distracted by a large table she was dealing with but I wouldn't say the service was terrible. The desserts sounded like they would be good but we opted to wait for a sweet snack later in the day. I would go again if I wanted a large meal.

It is okay.. if I couldn't eat at Hollywood Brown Derby while at DHS this would be my second choice but only because I can't stand Hollywood & Vine.

For Dinner I felt like there was not too many options ,but I still LOVED it. I feel that way at a couple Disney dinning locations tho.

I had the chicken parmesan and thought that it was okay, but I honestly like the food at the Olive Garden and Carabbas better.

We ate there a couple of years ago and it was pretty nasty, especially the kids macaroni. The service was good but, the food was not. Hopefully it has changed for the better since then.
